Irrigation Notes:
1, For multifamily and nonresidential properties an automatic irrigation system providing complete water
coverage for all required and other landscaping mat8rials shall be provided and maintained as a fully
functioning system in Ofder to preserve the landscaping in a healthy growing condition.
2. If a single-family dwelling is required to install landscaping and an irrigation system is not installed to

Irrigation Notes'
1 For multifamily and nonresidential properties an automatic ilTigation system providing complete water
coverage for aH required and other landscaping materials shall be provided and maintained as a fuMy

Irrigation Notes:
1. For multifamily and nonresidential ~ an automatic irrigation system providing complete water
coverage for all required and other landscaping materials shall be provided and maintained as a fully
functioning system in order to preserve the landscaping in a healthy growing condition.
2, If a singIe-tamiIy dwelling is required to install landscaping and an irrigation system is not installed to
maintain that landscaping. then a hose bib shall be instaDed a maximum of 50 feet from the required
