2. THE JURISDICTIONAL AGENCY FOR THIS PROJECT IS THE CITY OF CLEARWATER.
3. THE LOCATION OF EXISTING UllUllES ARE APPROXIMATE AS SHOWN ON THE PLANS AND
IT IS THE CONTRACTORS RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE THE EXACT LOCA 11 ON OF THE
UllLlllES PRIOR TO CONSTRUCllON IN THEIR VICINITY.
4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL USE APPROPRIATE MEASURES TO PREVENT EROSION AND
TRANSPORT OF SEDIMENT MATERIAL TO INLETS. SURFACE DRAINS, LAKES AND WETLAND
AREAS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL USE STRAW BALES, SILT BARRIERS OR OTHER APPROPRIATE
MEASURES TO MIllGATE ADVERSE IMPACTS TO EXISllNG SURFACE WATER QUALITY.
5. SPECIAL CARE IS REQUIRED TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO TREES THAT ARE TO REMAIN.
