This letter constitutes a Development Order pursuant to SectIOn 4-206 D 6 of the
Commumty Development Code On August 20, 2002, the Commulllty Development
Board reviewed the Flexible Development applIcatIon to permIt a parkmg lot wIthm the
Tounst Dlstnct and to reduce the side (north) setback from 10 feet to two feet (to
pavement), reduce the side (south) setback from 10 feet to two feet (to pavement) and to
reduce the front (east) setback along Coronado A venue from 15 feet to three feet (to
pavement), as part of a ComprehenSive Infill Redevelopment Project, under the
provISions of SectIOn 2-803 The proposal mcludes the creatIOn of a 155-space, pubhc
parkmg lot as an mtenm use
Based on the applicatIOn and the staff recommendatIOn, the Commumty Development
Board APPROVED the FlexIble Development applIcatIOn WIth the followmg bases and
conditIons

March 1,2006 TIme frames do not change With successive owners
