The Development Review Committee at its meeting of September 24,1987,
approved the above described final site plan subject to the following
conditions: ' .
1. The proposed water distribution system shall be revised as required by
the Utilities Department. (The Utilities Dept. finds the revised plan
to be acceptable.)
2. Ten (10) foot utility easements shall be granted over the water mains
up to and including meters and hydrants prior to the issuance of the
-building permit.
3. The proposed dumpster"locations shall be modified as required by the
Utilities Department. (Subject to approval by the Utilities Dept.
prior to the issuance of building permits.) " ."." - '.
4. A note shall be placed on the plan that signs and fencing are subject
to separate review and permitting. (Note is on Plan.)
5. A Unity of Title form shall be filed as required by the City, prior to
certification. (Copy of recorded Unity of Title received by the City
on 11-23-87.)
6. The laundry building shall be separated from the buildirig to the west
by at least 20 feet. (Shown on plan)
7. The requisite'initial building permit must be procured within six (6)
months from the date of certification of the final plan and all
certificates of occupancy must be obtained within three years of the
date of certification of the final plan.
Please certify the attached plans subject to the conditions listed above
