indicating the Just Value of the property the County owns in Block 5, of Gould
& Ewing's Second Add. Sub.
The juet value for the lots in Block 5, Gould & Ewing's Second Add Sub. is
$457,400.
The appraised value for the vacant lot behind the Utilities building has an
independent appraised value of $180,000. This property is part of a larger
parcel and does not have a separate parcel number since all of the property is
owned by Pinellas County.
