Blvd., Approximately 430 Feet West of Belcher Road (PSP 87-31).

On March 24, 1988, the Interim City Manager approved a minor plan change
subject to the conditions of approval from the site plan certified on
November 18, 1987 (see attached memo). Prior to certification of this
modified plan, the Utilities Department notified the Planning Department
that there had been discussion with the applicant's engineer regarding a
slight shift in the location and orientation of the dumpster. New plans
have been submitted which incorporate the minor change approved by the
Interim City Manager on March 24, 1988 and the simple adjustment to the
plan regarding the dumpster location/orientation as recommended by the
Utilities Department.
Please ~ertify the attached plans subject to the conditions of approval
from the site plan certified on November 18, 1987, and distribute.

On November 18, 1987, the fInal SIte plan for KnIght Dental StUdlO, Inc.
(addItion) was certified subject to condItIons.
DurIng the constructIon stage of the project, It was dIscovered that
beneath a portion of the existing bUIldIng foundatIon was an amount of
debris which prevented construction to continue as planned for the second
story additIon. (Soil Borings have been submitted). To remedy thIS
condItion, the developer IS proposIng to remove that portIon of the
structure and excavate the debrIS.
In reVISIng the bUIldIng plans for the structural problem, It was also
discovered that the additIon IS to be 158 square feet larger than the
prevIously submitted plans IndIcated. A modIfIed SIte plan has been
submitted. The concrete walk and asphalt area north of the structure have
been reduced proportionately to the Increase In bUIldIng area and a
handIcapped space has been relocated In order to functIon. The parkIng
requirement does not change WIth the Increase In floor area. The
Department of Traffic EngIneerIng has reVIewed the modlf1ed SIte plan and
has no problem.
I recommend approval of the current requested modIfIcatIon as a mInor plan
change subJect to the condItIons of approval from the SIte plan certIfIed
on November 18, 1987.

REPORT OR PERCOLATION TEST & AUGER CLASSIFICATION BORING
On October 8, 1987 our representative performed one percolation test
and one auger classification boring at the above referenced project. All
depth measurements were made from the existing ground surface. The
perco lation test was performed at a depth; of 29 inches which is at the
seasonal high water line. The location, water table. percolation rate and
