subject to the followmg conditions:
1 The maxtmum bUlldmg coverage figure shall be corrected poor to certJ.ficatlOn
2 The proposed setback between structures shall be gIVen poor to certificatIOn
3 The percentage for proposed open space shall be gIVen pnor to certification
4 The requited extenor buffer of five (5) feet along streets shall be given m the site data poor to certJficatton.
5. A copy of the final modified recorded access dramage easement with the owner of the property on the west
side shall be submltted to the CIty poor to certlficatlOn of the sIte plan, or as acceptable by the adjacent
property owner and the City (OR BK 7377 Pages 1276.1285).
6 The site plan shall be drawn m agreement With the recorded easement poor to certlfical10n
7 The connectmg vemcular dove shall be paved to the property to the west poor to the Issuance of a certificate
of occupancy A note shall be proVided as such on the SIte plan poor to certlficatlon
8. Poor to the Issuance of a buddIng penmt, a copy of approved SWFWMD penmt and Pmellas County pennlt
for dnveways must be submltted to the Pubhc Works Department
