The parking lots be brought up to City Code as required by the Traffic Engineering Department. (Approved by Traffic Engineering 8/3/87) 2. Either sidewalk or a waiver thereof be provided. 3. A dumpster locstion be shown on the final construction plan which meets the City s ta nda rds. (The loca tion is acceptable, however J Utilities requires the dumpster to be completely enclosed with a 12 ft. wide clear opening. ) 4. Subject to meeting the City's setback requirements. (Plan is in accordance with setback requirements.) 5. The requisite initial building permits be issued within six (6) months from the date of certification and all requisite certificates of occupancy be issued within three (3) years from the date of certifica- tion of the final site plan.
