RECOMMENDATION:
Clty Comffi1ss1on reVlew the prellffilnary slte plan for Safeguard BUSlness
System Addltlon and authorlze RDC reVlew of a flnal Slte plan wlth flnal
actlon by the Clty Manager subJect to the_conslderatlons noted below.

BACKGROUND:
The property 15 located on the south slde of Sunnydale Boulevard, north of
Calumet Street, west of Belcher Road. The s1te contalDs 2.56 acres M.O.L.
The Land Use Plan classlflcatlon lS Industrlal wlth a zonlng deslgnatlon of
ML (Llght Manufacturlng). Plans are to construct a 12,600 square foot
warehouse addltlon onto the eXlst1ng ludustrlal use on slte. Access to the
s1te 15 from Sunnydale Boulevard.
Prellmlnary staff reVlew notes the followlng conslderatlons WhlCh must be
addressed wlth the subm1ss1on of a floal slte plan. 1) a legal descrlptlon
must be provlded on the flnal slte plan, 2) zOlllng on the Slte and
surroundlng zonlng must be corrected to reflect City deslgnatlons, 3)
parklog calculatlons must be shown as requlred by Clty Code, 4) bUlldlng
he1ght must be shown ln feet, 5) utl1~ty system ~nformatlon must be shown
on the flnal Slte plan, 6) verlflcat10n of the assessed Just value and most
recent sales prlce must be submltted.
