approved subJect to the followlng condltlons'
1. F~nal storm water detent10n system be approved by the
City Engineer.
2. Driveway entrance locatlon 16 approved, subJect to
approval by the Florlda Department of TransportatIon.
3., The requisite ln1 t1al bU11d1 ng perml t( s) be procured Wl thl n
SlX months from the date of the Clty Manager's approval of
the flnal site plan and all requIsIte certIflcate(s) of
occupancy be procured w1th1n two years from the date of
1ssuance of the Init1al bU1ld1ng permIt. '

May 6, 1987
On November 8, 1985, the City Clerk certified the final site plan
for the Countryside Colonial Center subject to conditions.
The applicant 1s now requesting approval of a revised site plan.
The changes include the addition of a driveway connection to
Colonial House with the re-arrangement of parking spaces to
retain the previously approved number of spaces, Traffic
Engineering, Public Works and Environmental Management have
reviewed the proposed changes and have no objections.
I recommend approval of the current requested modification as a
minor plan change 'subject to the previous conditions placed on
the plan certified on November 8. 1985.
If you concur with this recommendation, please initial this memo,
attach it to the copies of the revised plan and forward them to
the City Clerk for certification and distribution.
