util izing the South I ine of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest

Elevations shown hereon are based upon National Geodetic
Vertical Datum, 1929 (NGVD). The control benchmark uti I ized
was "Safety 0" at elevation 18.979' per Pinel las County
Engineering Department.
Subject property lies within Flood Zone X pursuant to Flood
Insurance Rate Map '125096 00110, dated August 19, 1991.
AI I visible improvements (with the exception of sprinkler
heads, If any) lying on or immediately adjacent to subject
property have been mapped and shown hereon. No excavation or
mapping of underground improvements has been performed.
The property description shown hereon was prepared by this
firm and is based upon deeds and field survey measurements.
