ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SUNSET POINT ROAD AND EAST
DRIVE, CONSISTING OF LOT 1, BLOCK A, CLEARWATER
HIGHLANDS UNIT A, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1869
EAST DRIVE, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY,
AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO
INCLUDE SAID ADDITION, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the owner of the real property descnbed herein and depIcted on the map
attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the CIty of ClealWater to annex the property Into the
City pursuant to Section 171 044, Florida Statutes, and the City has complied With all applicable
requirements of Flonda law In connection With this ordmance, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SUNSET POINT ROAD AND EAST
DRIVE, CONSISTING OF LOT 1, BLOCK A, CLEARWATER
HIGHLANDS UNIT A, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1869
EAST DRIVE, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY,
AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO
INCLUDE SAID ADDITION, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map
attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitIoned the City of Clearwater to annex the property Into the
CIty pursuant to Section 171 044, Florida Statutes, and the City has compiled With all applicable
