AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LAKEVIEW ROAD AND FAIRFIELD
DRIVE, CONSISTING OF LOT 42, DOUGLAS MANOR PARK,
WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1301 FAIRFIELD DRIVE,
INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND
REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO
INCLUDE SAID ADDITION, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the owner of the real property descnbed herein and depIcted on the map
attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property mto the
City pursuant to Section 171 044, FlOrida Statutes, and the City has compiled with all applicable
requirements of Flonda law In connection with thiS ordinance, now, therefore,

Section 2 The prOVIsions of thiS ordinance are found and determined to be consistent
with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan The City Council hereby accepts the dedication
of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public, which have heretofore
been made by plat, deed or user WIthin the annexed property The City Engineer, the CIty Clerk
and the Planning Director are directed to Include and show the property descnbed herein upon the
offiCial maps and records of the City
SectIon 3 ThIS ordinance shall take effect Immediately upon adoptIon The City Clerk
shall fIle certified caples of thiS ordInance, Including the map attached hereto, With the Clerk of the

ANNEXATION, LAND USE PLAN AND ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENTS
The City of Clearwater, Flonda, proposes to adopt the following ordinances
ORDINANCE NO 7805-07
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LAKEVIEW ROAD AND FAIRFIELD DRIVE, CONSISTING OF
LOT 42, DOUGLAS MANOR PARK, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1301 FAIRFIELD DRIVE, INTO THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE
SAID ADDITION, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE

ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LAND USE FOR CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LAKEVIEW ROAD AND FAIRFIELD DRIVE,
CONSISTING OF LOT 42, DOUGLAS MANOR PARK, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1301 FAIRFIELD
DRIVE UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS RESIDENTIAL LOW, PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE

BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LAKEVIEW ROAD
AND FAIRFIELD DRIVE, CONSISTING OF LOT 42, DOUGLAS MANOR PARK, WHOSE POST OFFICE
ADDRESS IS 1301 FAIRFIELD DRIVE, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LOW
MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (LMDR), PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE

Director or City Clerk pnor to the heanng Any person who decides to appeal any deCISion made by the Council, With
respect to any matter considered at such hearings, will need to request a record of the proceedings and, for such
purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings IS made, which record Includes the testimony and
eVidence upon which the appeal IS to be based per Florida Statute 2860105
