The owner of the property referenced above paid for an assessment and an Impact fee back on December 21, 2006
The City would of had to Install a sanitary sewer service wye for the property In order for his plumber to connect to our main
called Plnellas Counly BUilding Dept thiS morning and they have yet to Issue a plumbing permit for the sanitary
sewer connection I hope that the property owner still IS not waiting on something the City that I may of promised to him back
In December The sanitary sewer main IS located In the rear of the property (atlas 308B), Lot 4 Our atlas doesn't show a
service wye on the sanitary sewer main for thiS property He IS gOing through the annexation process and maybe he IS
waiting to become part of the City to pull a permit or maybe he miss understood me about the process to connect In either
case, your help In getting a service wye set would be greatly appreciated Thanks

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED
APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET SOUTH FROM THE
INTERSECTION OF BELL CHEER DRIVE AND PLEASANT
PARKWAY, CONSISTING OF LOT 4, PLEASANT RIDGE
ESTATES, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2115
PLEASANT PARKWAY, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY
TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
WHEREAS, the owner of the real property descnbed herein and depicted on the map
attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitIoned the City of ClealWater to annex the property Into the
City pursuant to Section 171 044, Flonda Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable
requirements of FlOrida law In connection With thiS ordinance, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA
Section 1 The followlngMdescnbed property IS hereby annexed Into the City of Clearwater
and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly
Lot 4, Pleasant Ridge Estates, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded In
Plat Book 53, Page 71, PubliC Records of Plnellas County, Flonda (ANX2006-
12040)
SectIon 2 The provISions of thiS ordInance are found and determined to be consistent
With the City of Clearwater ComprehenSive Plan The City CounCil hereby accepts the dedication
of all easements, parks, nghtsMof-way and other dedications to the public, whIch have heretofore
been made by plat, deed or user WIthIn the annexed property The City Engineer, the City Clerk
and the Planning Director are directed to Include and show the property descnbed herein upon the
offiCial maps and records of the City
Section 3 ThiS ordinance shall take effect Immediately upon adoption The City Clerk
shall file cerbfied caples of thiS ordinance, Including the map attached hereto, WIth the Clerk of the
CIrCUit Court and With the County Administrator of Plnellas County, Flonda, WIthin 7 days after
adoption, and shall file a certifIed copy With the Flonda Department of State wlthlrl 30 days after
