WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map

Section 2 The provIsions of thiS ordinance are found and determined to be consistent
with the City of Clearwater ComprehenSive Plan The City Council hereby accepts the dedication
of all easements, parks, flghts-of-way and other dedications to the public, which have heretofore
been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property The City Engineer, the City Clerk
and the Planning Director are directed to Include and show the property descnbed herein upon the
official maps and records of the City
SectIon 3 ThIS ordinance shall take effect Immediately upon adoption The City Clerk
shall file certified copies of thiS ordinance, IncludIng the map attached hereto, with the Clerk of the
