few weeks ago We have an CiPproved site plan to maintain an eXisting bUilding
and bUilding new parking, but the owner has now struck a deal with the adjacent
attorneys office along McMullen Booth Rd to have a JOint access (which IS a
good thing) He IS trying to get something done while I am redOing the plans,
which have 10 go back to COB because of a zero setback reduction at the shared
access
Anyway, my question IS can he pull a bUlld~lng permit to remodel the bulldlng and
not do any site work until he gets construction plan approval on the site The
bUilding IS an eXisting house that he IS turning Into a doctors office
