ITEM 1 - The minutes of the February 16, 1995 meetmg were approved as submltted
) ITEM 2 - Dosatron InternatIOnal (PSP 93-16), 2090 Sunnydale Blvd. Applicant proposes to
modrfy the SIte plan prevIOusly approved by the DRC on October 14, 1993 to expand an eXlstmg
5,000 sq ft bUlldmg to add 14,750 sq ft for warehouse/manufactunng use m producmg fertilizer
Injectors and appurtenances
The applrcant or appbcant's representative presented the Site plan/plat and staff presented thelr
comments In wntmg Staff specifically mdlcated the condItIOns below, and m the ensu10g
diSCUSSion It was noted that any reference to "future"constructlOn mdlcated on the site plan should
be elimmated
The dumpster IS located on a site whlch IS too narrow and will be relocated It was suggested the
park10g space be moved to the north and the dumpster relocated at an angle, past the setback
IncluSIOn of a recyclmg dumpster was suggested

berms, and the pnmary parkmg m the Flonda Power easement west of the park, stressing Flonda
Power does not want any ImpervIOUS surface to cause a SWFWIv:1D penmt or encumbrance of the
easement As a park, grass parlong would be allowed, but the roadway must be as stable as posslble
and Mr Wllson asked for suggestIOns for a pervious matenal, after considerable d1scussJOn, It was
agreed that, wlule an asphalt roadway would be preferred, crushed concrete or roadway shell would
be best for pervIOus treatment Budget constramts were stressed All roads wtll be IDdlcated as
pavement for prel1mmary revIew and the purpose of IdentIfication only
