Dear Mr. St. Aimie:
The City of Clearwater and CrowderGulf have a Contract for Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services, RFP #08-
24. The term of the Contract shall be for three (3) one (1) year renewal options at the City's discretion, beginning on the
date of acceptance by and signatures of the City and Contractor, whichever comes later.
If the City of Clearwater is in agreement to renew the existing contract, please sign the renewal acceptance below and
return to CrowderGulf. Upon execution of this acknowledgement the contract will continue under the same terms and
conditions until its new expiration date of May 12, 2026.
We appreciate the opportunity to renew this contract and stand ready to respond immediately in the event the
community of the City of Clearwater needs our services. If you have any questions or if we can be of any further
