Proposed amendment: This amendment clarifies the existing pricing schedule by specifying the locations where sand can
be processed. Add the following line items to the price schedule in relation to sand collection, screening and hauling under
"Optional Services":
1. Collect and haul eligible sand from the ROW and public property to a screening site: $12.00 per cubic yard
2. Screen debris laden sand at screening site: $12.00 per cubic yard
3. Haul screened sand to the beach or other location as directed by the city and within the city limits: $36.00 per
cubic yard
