SECOND AMENDMENT TO GRANT FUNDING AGREEMENT- EVENTS
FLORIDA BEST PROMOTIONS, INC

This Amendment to Grant Funding Agreement ("Amendment") is effective ('Vo(e.kbCr 7, 2 and
entered into by the Downtown Development Board, an independent special district operating
pursuant to the ordinances and laws of the City of Clearwater ("DDB"), and Florida Best Promotions,
Inc., a Florida corporation ("Grantee").
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, DDB and Grantee executed a Grant Funding Agreement ("Agreement") to partially
fund Salsa at the District: Oktoberfest a Latin American Salsa Festival of dance and music; and
WHEREAS, the parties mutually agree to amend the grant funding to an amount not to exceed
$35,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained
herein, DDB and Grantee agree:
Section 1. "ARTICLE 1 TERM" of the agreement is amended to read as follows:
The terms of this Agreement shall begin March 20, 2024, and end December 31, 2024,
unless earlier terminated under the terms of this agreement.
Section 2. Article II Section 2. Of the Agreement is amended to read as follows:
"If Grantee fails to submit all required documents and reports electronically to DDB on or
before 5:00 p.m. December 31, 2024, Grantee will forfeit its right to reimbursement for the
Approved Program. Grantee will receive no reimbursement for the Approved Program.
Grantee will receive no reimbursement from DDB for the Approved Program."
Section 3. Both parties agree that the new location of the event will be in Coachman Park.
Section 4. Both parties agree that the new date of the event will be November 23, 2024.
Section 5. All terms and provisions of the Agreement not modified, changed, or amended herby
shall remain in full force and effect.
