Dear Ms. Kamara,
The City of Clearwater, Florida (City) hereby gives Tetra Tech, Inc. a "Notice to Proceed"with mobilization
of personnel to assist City staff with disaster debris monitoring services as a result of the 2024 Hurricane
Milton.
On the basis of this action, you are authorized to proceed in accordance with the terms and conditions
of the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement between the City of Clearwater, FL and Tetra Tech, Inc. for
debris monitoring services (procured under the Pinellas County, FL RFP No. 22-0601-P (JJ)). A task order
with a detailed scope and an initial project not-to-exceed amount will be provided for review and
execution.
"Notice to Proceed" is hereby given and accepted by the signature below.
