AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY
BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SOUTH SATURN
AVENUE AND GULF TO BAY BOULEVARD, WHOSE
POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 407 SOUTH SATURN
AVENUE, CLEARWATER, FLORIDA 33755, FROM
INSTITUTIONAL (1) TO COMMERCIAL (C); PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning classification as set forth in this ordinance
is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's
Comprehensive Plan; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property located in the City of Clearwater,
Florida, is hereby rezoned as indicated, and the Zoning Atlas of the City is amended, as
follows:

Section 2. The City Engineer is directed to revise the Zoning Atlas of the city in

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect contingent upon and at such time that
Ordinance 9765-24 becomes effective.
