THIRD EXTENSION TO DIVECOM SERVICES LLC CONTRACTTHIRD EXTENSION TO DIVECOM SERVICES, LLC. CONTRACT
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into on theme day of )la/r0 2024 by the
city of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the
"City", and Divecom Services, LLC., hereinafter referred to as "Contractor" is to
extend the current Divecom Services Contract entered into between the City and
Contractor.
WHEREAS, the City entered into a vessel removal, towing, storage, and/or disposal
service Contract with Contractor on May 10, 2021;
WHEREAS, the term of the Contract, which was approved by the Clearwater City
Council, was for one (1) year with an option of three (3) additional one (1) year
extensions thereafter at the City's option;
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor have already extended the Divecom Services
Contract for an additional two (2) years, and now agree to a third and final
extension;
WHEREAS, the City desires to extend the Divecom Services, LLC, Contract for an
additional one (1) year extension;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and the mutual covenants
contained in this Agreement, the Contractor and City hereby agree as follows:
The Divecom Services, LLC, Contract between the City and Contractor is hereby
extended for an additional one (1) year. All other terms and conditions of the
original Divecom Services, LLC, Contract shall remain in effect.
