Request for Special Community Development Board Meeting on May 10, 2023 Planning and Development Assistant Director Lauren Matzke requested holding a special meeting on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, in order to workshop two chapters of the Clearwater 2045 update to the Comprehensive Plan. Staff believes it will be helpful to hold the special meeting in advance of the formal public hearing, providing the Board an opportunity to focus on the quality places and mobility chapters. She said the remaining chapters in Clearwater 2045 are simpler and would be reviewed at the Board's regularly scheduled meeting. There was consensus to hold a special meeting on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Member Rector moved to call a special meeting of the Community Development Board for May 10, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. The motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
