Re: Extension of Agreement between the City of Clearwater and Clearwater Shuffleboard Club
Dear Mr. Winklebl c ,
By mutual agreement and on behalf of the City of Clearwater, I would like to extend the
Agreement with the Clearwater Shuffleboard Club for a period of two (2) months commencing
on the 1s,day of January 2024 and continuing until the 29$t day of February 2024. This
extension is contingent upon receipt of all required documentation and subject to the same
terms and conditions provided in the original Agreement including any renewals of current
program insurances as necessary during this extension period.
