We jointly wanted to inform you that Peter Dunbar is leaving Dean Mead effective
December 31, 2023. Dean Mead and Mr. Dunbar want to ensure that there is no disadvantage to
you, as the client, by virtue of this departure. Upon Mr. Dunbar's departure, Dean Mead will no
longer be able to serve as your counsel.
According to the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar, we are informing you that you have the
right to choose to have Mr. Dunbar continue to represent you in this matter at Jones Walker,
LLP. Alternatively, you may choose to retain a new lawyer or firm.
We will need to make arrangements to settle your outstanding account with Dean Mead on
or before Mr. Dunbar's departure, after which we will make arrangements to transfer your file to
Mr. Dunbar or the new lawyer you designate.
