char�ing oFf.such equipment as had been abandoned because ai re- �

the improvement in the art and the requirements of' the Federsl !
Radio �omniission , and Pqtii.pment thus abandoned has little or no "

Bayviet� has been in use far approximately three year5, it �hould a
