AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY
BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON
THE WEST SIDE OF MEADOW LARK LANE
APPROXIMATELY 875 FEET NORTH OF GULF TO BAY
BOULEVARD, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 210
MEADOW LARK LANE, CLEARWATER, FLORIDA 33759,
TOGETHER WITH AN UNADDRESSED PARCEL LOCATED
ON THE WEST SIDE OF MEADOW LARK LANE
APPROXIMATELY 760 FEET NORTH OF GULF TO BAY
BOULEVARD, FROM R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
(IN PINELLAS COUNTY) TO INSTITUTIONAL (1) UPON
ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning classification as set forth in this ordinance
is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's
Comprehensive Plan; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property located in the City of Clearwater,
Florida, is hereby rezoned as indicated, and the Zoning Atlas of the City is amended, as
follows:

To: Institutional (1)

The map attached as Exhibit "B" is hereby incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Engineer is directed to revise the Zoning Atlas of the city in
accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent
upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 9706-23 (annexation ordinance), and
subject to the approval of the land use designation set forth in Ordinance 9707-23 by the
Pinellas County Board of Commissioners, where applicable.
