Genesys licensing/subscriptions (three years) and support.
Annual pre-paid agreement invoiced each year in advance upon PO or signed agreement.
There will be a 3 month ramp period that will bill for users that are logged in for that month only.This allows time to set up and
train prior to annual agreement 12 month start time.
• Example; March 1 we order Genesys, first three months are ramp up March - May Powernet bills only for users logged in
on a monthly bases, June would be start of the annual 12 month term and next years billing cycle would be due again
June 1st or before.
