This renewal order form ("Order") is governed by and incorporated herein by reference to that certain ePermitHub
Subscription Software & Services Agreement, or other equivalent terms that may be separately agreed, (the

Additional Order Form Terms:
1. This Renewal Order Form expressly modifies the Agreement and provides for a primarily fixed-rate fee for the
Subscription Services, rather than usage-based fees as set out in Exhibit A of contract#900616 executed on
May 8th, 2019
2. The Subscription Service Fee represents the price of the Subscription Services during the Service Term only.
The Subscription Service Fee listed herein does not carry over to any subsequent periods beyond the
Subscription Service Term and does not include amounts for any Overages(as defined below).
3. As used herein, the term "Year" means a twelve-month period beginning on the Service Start Date, and any
subsequent twelve-month periods thereafter. Subsequent Subscription Service Fees will be due on a Yearly
basis.
4. The Subscription Service Fee was calculated based on actual usage of the software, which estimated future
usage is listed in the table above. If Customer's actual usage of the Subscription Services is forty percent
(40%)or more above the yearly estimates set out above (in any case, an"Overage"), Company reserves the
right to recalculate yearly prices beyond Year 1 based on actual usage volumes. Company will regularly make
usage reports available to Customer throughout the Subscription Service Term,including whenever expressly
requested by Customer, and will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer in the case that
Customer is approaching an Overage during the Subscription Service Term.

5. Payment obligations hereunder are non-cancelable and any sums,when paid,shall be non-refundable,except
as provided in the Agreement.
6. The following shall be added to Section 2.3 of the Software Subscription Service Agreement(Contract#
900616 signed 05/08/2019):
Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to be a waiver of any immunity or limitation of
liability Customer may be entitled to under the doctrine of sovereign immunity or Section 768.28,
Florida Statutes.
7. All other terms of the Agreement apply,and the parties expressly disclaim any additional or differing terms not
set out in this Order or the Agreement.
