ADDENDUM #1 TO ENERGY SAVINGS CONTRACTAddendum #1 to Energy Savings Contract
This Addendum #1 to Energy Savings Contract ("Addendum #1") is entered into by and
between the City of Clearwater ("City") and Cenergistic LLC ("Cenergistic") to add certain
water used by the City to the Program as contemplated by Section 7(c) and Exhibit A of the
Energy Savings Contract between City and Cenergistic with a start date of March 1, 2022
("Contract").
As permitted by Section 7(c) and Exhibit A of the Contract, the parties agree to add to the
Contract and to the Program all water meters serving any of the following: City buildings,
facilities and/or parks/recreation areas that are currently included in the Program. The City's
distribution of water to its residential, commercial, and industrial customers is excluded from the
Program. These water meters will be included in the Program effective December 15th, 2022.
