Design Engineering or Architectural Work. 2. Warranty of any materials or equipment furnished by owners. 3. Builder's Risk Insurance. 4. Cost paid to governmental agencies. 5. Temporary Utilities and Restrooms (we will utilize what is onsite). 6. Replacement of conduit. Existing size is adequate as long as it can be reused. 7. Concrete Depth is estimated at 6" for removal and replacement for six new drains and two new sump areas. 8. Additional replumbing if as-built/design drawings are not accurate. 9. Concrete demolition and replacement will be removed over existing warning track and demolition shall occur prior to new warning track being installed by others. 10. We will not be responsible for warning track repairs. 11. Concrete can be pumped for pour back from off -field locations. 12. Flooring in Dugouts and Home Team Sump (as sample provided). a) Existing areas of bare concrete in dugout will be pressure washed and sealed with hydrophobic sealer, areas without mat. b) PIP Protect MT -900 (Blackfox) FLOOR SYSTEM (Both Dugouts & Lower area with Bathroom): 2330 sq. ft. c) - Profile concrete with Sase 8000 planetary grinders or Blast -Trac Blaster Baycare Ball Park 2022 Structural Improvement and Dugout Drainage d) - Broom sweep and vacuum entire substrate e) - Patch small holes and divots with synthetic fill f) - Patch Large holes with Urethane cement or epoxy mortar prefill g) - Apply PIP 3600 EM as Primer h) - Apply PIP 3900 SF steel filled epoxy mortar @ 3/16th of an inch to substrate i) - Apply 2100 Topcoat and let saturate. j) Stair nosing replacement is excluded. We will remove existing and patch screw holes in concrete. Project Duration shall be 90 calendar days from the mutually agreed upon date of Notice to Proceed. Existing Contract This proposal is submitted in conjunction with the existing Construction Manager at Risk Services Continuing Contract entered into with the City of Clearwater on 08/24/2020 based on RFQ #40-20. If GMP Exceeds $150,000: Per Section III, Article 5.1 of the Contract Specifications, the contractor shall provide to the public entity a certified copy of the recorded bond. Once the City receives a certified copy of the recorded bond, a Notice to Proceed may be issued. Include the attached bond form as well as the Power of Attorney. (If GMP is less than $150,000 a bond is not required) For work performed, invoices shall be submitted to Mathew Anderson, City of Clearwater- -Parks and Recreation Department 100 S. Myrtle Ave., Suite 120 Clearwater, FL 33756. Contingency services may be billed only after written authorization is provided by the City to proceed with those services.
