Lessor and Lessee, by mutual consent, exercise the right and option to renew the Lease
Agreement, which is dated September 24, 2019 (hereinafter "the Lease") on the same terms and
conditions, as amended, and in the amount as detailed in section 2.a of the Lease for a period of
one year. This renewal will run from October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023, at which point it
shall expire and again be eligible for renewal.
