FOR DISASTER DEBRIS MONITORING&MANAGEMENT SERVICES
AS PART OF PINELLAS COUNTY COOPERATIVE CONTRACT RFP NO. 167-0024-P(JA)
THIS RENEWAL AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 17th day of June 2022,by and between the CITY
OF CLEARWATER, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and TETRA
TECH, INC., a Corporation duly authorized to do business in the State of Florida, (hereinafter referred to as
"Contractor").
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, CITY and CONTRACTOR have entered into a Participant Agreement (the "Contract") for
Disaster Debris Monitoring and Management Services for a period of three (3) years, beginning on October 1,
2017 through October 1,2022;and
WHEREAS,CITY hereby desires to extend the contract term through the end of 2022;and
NOW,THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises,covenants,and agreements,and other good
and valuable consideration,the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledge,the Parties agree to renew
and amend the Contract as follows:
1. TERM OF CONTRACT.The Term of the Contract shall be extended from October 2,2022 to December 31,2022
unless sooner terminated as provided in the Contract.
2. NO OTHER CHANGES. Except as expressly amended herein, all of the other terms and conditions of the
Contract are hereby reaffirmed and remain in full force and effect as originally written.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the parties have expressed their agreement to these terms by causing this Service
Contract Renewal Agreement to be executed by their duly authorized office or agent.
