Dear Mr.Findley.
By mutual agreement and on behalf of the City of Clearwater,I would like to extend the Agreement with
the Bureau of Business Enterprise for a period of three years commencing on September 1,2022 and
continuing until August 31,2025. This extension is contingent upon receipt of all required
documentation and subject to the same terms and conditions provided in the original Agreement
Including any renewals of current program insurances As necessary during this extension period.
As mutual agreement is required,please sign and return as soon as possible.
