Approval of Minutes 2.1 Accept the minutes of the April 21, 2021 Civil Citation Appeal Hearings submitted in written summation. The Magistrate accepted the minutes of the April 21, 2021 Civil Citation Appeal Hearings. 3. Citizens to be Heard Regarding Items Not on the Agenda: None. 4. New Business The Civil Citation Hearings recessed from 1:04 p.m. to 1:22 p.m. 4.1 Case CDC2021-00887 — Find respondent(s) Andria Beshir & Ester Mechaiel at 1033 Fairwood Ave. in violation of Code for Exterior Storage; and issue an order in the amount of the Civil Citation. (Brown) Code Enforcement Inspector Jason Hauser presented the case on behalf of Code Enforcement Inspector Shelby Brown. Inspector Hauser submitted composite exhibits which included the Notice of Hearing, Notice of Violation, the receipt of notification, and photographs and were accepted into evidence by the Magistrate. Respondent Andria Beshir was present and said he was confused when he received a Civil Citation from Inspector Brown as he had been working with another inspector previously who granted more time to bring the property into compliance. Page 1 City of Clearwater Civil Citation 2021-08-18 Inspector Hauser said he explained to Mr. Beshir that even though work had been done, full compliance had not been fully achieved. He said the City will continue to work with the Respondent until compliance is met. Mr. Beshir said he has worked hard to bring the property into compliance. Based on the evidence and testimony given, the Magistrate ordered the Respondent to pay the Civil Citation fine of $125.00. 4.2 Case CDC2021-00632 — Find respondent(s) Christy Lyn Campbell at 413 Princess St. in violation of Code for Fences: and enter an order in the amount of the Civil Citation. (Hauser) Case CDC2021-00632 was continued to September 15, 2021. 5.
