Lessor and Lessee, by mutual consent, exercise the right and option to renew the Lease
Agreement, w=hich is dated September 7, 2012 (hereinafter "the Lease") on the same terms and
conditions. as amended, and for the amount detailed in section 5.d of the Lease for a period of
five years. This renewal will run from October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2022, at which point it
shall expire.
Lessee, no later than thirty (30} clays prior the expiration the current renewal term, shall
provide Lessor written notice of its desire to exercise a subsequent renewal option. loth parties
must agree to exercise any subsequent option to renew. if the parties do not agree to renew, the
Lease shall terminate. Lessor understands that it would reimburse Lessee: for unamortized
construction costs if the Lease is not reneged during the twelve (12) year span that commenced
on the Lease Commencement bate, as detailed in section 1 of the Lease Agreement.
