WHEREAS the University cfNorth Florida Training and Services| s0tnte,Inc.,d/h/aInstitute ufPolice
Technology and Management("IPTM")and the City of Clearwater("Vendor")have previously entered into an
Agreement dated September 14.2021.
WHEREAS,"IPTM"and"Vendor"agree to the following Amendment to the Original Agreement,such Amendment
tubeeffective once the last party has signed the amendment.
All other provisions of the original agreement and any subsequent Amendments, if any,that are not in conflict with
orchanged bythe Amendment above shall remain unchanged and|neffect.
m The University and Vendor agree to increase the contract amount by$26,000.00 for a new total of$46,455.01.

We have reviewed the attached draft subcontract amendment for the City of Clearwater for
High Visibility Enforcement increasing the from$21,455.01 to$46,455.01 and it is hereby
approved. The subcontract agreement will be effective the date the last party signs it, and only
charges incurred for services provided between the date of execution and May 13,2022 will be
allowable for reimbursement.
Please send us a copy of the executed amendment after it has been signed. We will not be able to
process invoices for the services until we receive a copy of the executed subcontract.
