AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, VACATING THE EAST6 FEET OF A PLATTED 10
FOOT DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT, LOCATED
ALONG THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 1, ROSETREE
COURT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the owner in fee title of real property described and depicted in Exhibit
"A" (attached hereto and incorporated herein), has requested that the City vacate said
drainage and utility easement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Clearwater, Florida finds that said
drainage and utility easement is not necessary for municipal use and it is deemed to be in
the best interestof the City and the general pu blicthatthe same be vacated; now , therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following:
A drainage and utility easement described as follows:
See Exhibit"A"
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater releases all of its right,
title and interestthereto.
Section 2. The CityClerkshall record this ordinance in the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, following adoption.
