Gulfview Blvd., FLD2004-l2088 Dear Mr. Page: According to the Recreation and Open Space Land Dedication Ordinance, the above referenced project will be required to satisfy the Open Space dedication requirement prior to issuance of any building permits or final plat (if applicable), whichever occurs first. Recreation impact fees will not apply if reducing the number of hotel rooms from 94 to 93 as noted on the site plan. In order to determine the amount owed, the developer or representative should complete the top portion of the attached form and return it to the City of Clearwater Parks and Recreation Department with verification of the just value for the land only according to the current year's property tax assessment. Please note, this dedication requirement could be a substantial amount and an impact to your project.
