To be able to determine whether the Open Space dedication requirement applies, additional information on existing and proposed building coverage will need to be provided. In order to determine the amount owed, the developer or representative should complete the top portion of the attached form and return it to the City of Clearwater Parks and Recreation Department with verification of the just value for the land only according to the current year's property tax assessment. Please note, this dedication requirement could be a substantial amount and an impact to your project.
