SUMMARY: Council will discuss in broad terms core values that they believe should represent the purpose of the Coachman Park Amphitheater. Council will then work to distill down these values into a concise mission statement that will serve as a guide for the decision-making process of all aspects of the Coachman Park Amphitheater. The mission statement should seek to address the following: ·Define what the venue is and what the venue aspires to be. ·Who do we want the venue to serve? ·Be clear to be widely understood throughout the community. Once established by Council the mission statement will serve as a framework for evaluating both current and prospective activities of the venue.
