of the Coachman Park Amphitheater. Council will then work to distill down these values into a

aspects of the Coachman Park Amphitheater. The mission statement should seek to address
the following:
·Define what the venue is and what the venue aspires to be.
·Who do we want the venue to serve?

Once established by Council the mission statement will serve as a framework for evaluating
