AMENDMENT 1 TO LETTER OF AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT - COMMUNICATION AND HIGH VISIBILITY ENFORCEMENTAMENDMENT NO. 1 TO LETTER OF AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT
WHEREAS the University of North Florida Training and Services Institute, Inc., d/b/a Institute of Police
Technology and Management ("IPTM") and the City of Clearwater ("Vendor") have previously entered into an
Agreement dated October 29, 2020.
WHEREAS, "IPTM" and "Vendor" agree to the following Amendment to the Original Agreement, such Amendment
to be effective once the last party has signed the amendment.
All other provisions of the original agreement and any subsequent Amendments, if any, that are not in conflict with
or changed by the Amendment above shall remain unchanged and in effect.
• The University and Vendor agree to increase the contract amount by $30,000.00, for a new total of $56,882.00.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this instrument for the purposes herein expressed.

We have reviewed the attached draft subcontract amendment for the Clearwater Police
Department for High Visibility Enforcement increasing the contract amount from $26,882.00 to
$56,882.00 and it is hereby approved. The subcontract amendment will be effective the date the
last party signs it, and only charges incurred for services provided between the date of execution
and May 14, 2021 will be allowable forreunbursement.
Please send us a copy of the executed subcontract amendment after it has been signed. We will
not be able to process invoices for the services until we receive a copy of the executed
subcontract.
