lettering is relatively small. The lettering on the sign oriented to Enterprise Rd. is 59.25
square feet in area. The lettering on the sign oriented to U.S, 19 is 49.5 squ8:-e feet,
e/ This variance application represents an opportunity to Improve the appearance of this
( property as viewed from U.S. 19. There is currently no landscaping along the U ,So 19
frontage. Approval of the variances with a condition that landscaping be installed along
U.S. 19 would cure this condition,

SUMMARY:
Four variances are requested: (1) a variance of 43,9 square feet to allow 174.4 square feet of
attached sign area for the Enterprise Rd. frontage where a maximum area of 130,5 square feet
Is permitted, (2) 8 variance of 20 square feet to allow 161 square feet of attached sign area for
the U.S. 19 frontage where 8 maximum area of 141 square feet is permitted, (3) a sign area
ratio variance of 0.50 square foot per foot of building width to allow a sign area ratio of 2,00
square feet per foot of width for the Enterprise Rd. frontage, (41 a sign area ratio variance of
0.21 square foot per foot of building width to allow a sign area ratio of 1.71 square feet per
foot of width for the U.S. 19 frontage.
