Dear Mr. Mahan:
Please present to the city Manager my request for a minor
subdivision plat adjustment without the need to replat under
the provisions of the Code, Section 46.06.
The property ia Lot 31, Lot 32 and part of Lot 29 on Devon
Drive. The property is currently titled Frederick A. Hemerick,
Trustee, and is in my father's estate, of which I am Trustee.
For purposes of settling the estate, I wish to distribute
Lot 31 as a single lot and Lot 30 and part of Lot 29 as a
single lot to the heirs of the estate. The division of the
property would yield two separate buildable lots. There are
already two separate driveways and two addresses in existence
on the property, 195 Devon Drive and 199 Devon Drive. The
present structure is scheduled to be demolished in mid-November.
Please give this your consideration, and instruct me as to what
measures would be necessary to complete this request.

BAYSIDE SUBDIVISION REPLAT, and re-plat so as to create two bUildable lots ThiS

of the county court, a copy of the ground level
survey drawing shall first be submitted to the city
engineer for determination that all reqwsite ease-
ments are properly delineated on the plat, all
streets are properly named without duplication,
and the plat comports with other engineering prac-
tices of the city.

Dear Mr. Mahan:
Please present to the City Manager my request for a minor
subdivision plat adjustment without the need to replat under
the provisions of the Code, Section 46.06.
The property is Lot 31, Lot 32 and part of Lot 29 on Devon
Drive. The property is currently titled Frederick A. Hemerick,
Trustee, and is in my father's estate, of which I am Trustee.
For purposes of settling the estate, I wish to distribute
Lot 31 as a single lot and Lot 30 and part of Lot 29 as a
single lot to the heirs of the estate. The division of the
property would yield two separate buildable lots. There are
already two separate driveways and two addresses in existence
on the property, 195 Devon Drive and 199 Devon Drive. The
present structure is scheduled to be demolished in mid-November.
Please give this your consideration, and instruct me as to what
measures would be necessary to complete this request.
