Both parcels meet the minimum lot dimensional and size requirements of the CH (Highway Commercial) District for which the property is zoned. (Required:.5 acre, 120 ft. width. 100 ft. depth; Proposed. southerly parcel: 1.76 acres, 385 ft. x 200 ft.; Northerly parcel: 1.73 acres, 377.3 ft. x 200 ft.) On December 14, 1989. the Development Review Committee (D.R.C.) reviewed the lot division request in conjunction with the site plan for Congo River Golf and Exploration Co., Inc. and found it to b~ in accordance with Section 133.030 (please refer to attachment) which permits the City Manager to approve these lot divisions administratively.
