SWFWMD permit must be approved prior to issuance of building permit~, 2. The required open space and recreation fees for each Phase of the project must be paid prior to issuance of the building permit for each Phase. 3. The entrance area of the south driveway must be redesigned in consideration of location of traffic islands and ramp design to the parking deck and approved by the Traffic Engineer prior to certIfication of the final site plan. (The Traffic Engineer requires an entry gate to ~ be installed at the lower level for the south parking area.) 4. The water distribution system must be shown on the final site plan for certification. (The Utilities Department finds the revised plan to be acceptable.) 5. The fire protection system must be redesigned as required by the Utilities Department ana the Fire Marshal. (The Fire Marshal finds the revised plan to be acceptable.) 6.
