Currently, the site is occupied by an approximate 10,458 square foot buildlng WhlCh has been utilized as a Darrell's Restaurant. Based on the ITE 4th Editlon Trlp Generation Manual, thlS type of restaurant would attract approximately 2,101 trlp ends per day with 200 trip ends during the AM peak hour and 208 during the PM peak hour. The proposed use of the site is for an approxLmate 12,200 square foot offlce buildlng and approximately 8,200 square feet of cow~erclal area. Again, based on the ITE 4th Edition Trip Generation Manual, the proposed land uses would attract approximately 617 trip ends per day with 159 trlp ends durlng the AM peak hour and 141 trlp ends durlng the PM peak hour. Therefore, proposed uses would signlflcantly reduce the number of trip ends attracted to thlS slte on a dally basis and also during the AM and PM peak hours as shown in Table 1.
