The Owner's AsSOCIatIOn have retameed Brian Cesare to construct a Wood Deck for
the benefit of tenants at Freedom VIllage in Clearwater, FL
The deck has been designed to support a live load of 100 pounds
per square foot.
The radmgs have been desIgn to withstand a load of 200 pounds
applied horizontally to the top rall.
The eXlstmg dramage flow will be rerouted around the proposed
deck and concrete slab.

Results of the discussions were:
I. Pace Tech Parking Lot Addition(95-18): the ORC approved the site plan
subJect to the following discussion/ conditions:
A. Before the Site Plan can be certified, the applicant must
complete the following action(s):
1. Complete the Dumpster Requlrement Form and return lt to the
Clty Solld Waste Department.
2. Show on the slte plan the lnstallation and maintenance of
unlform traftlc control devlces at approprlate locatlons
ln accordance wlth the standards set forth by the Manual on
Uniform Traffic Control Devices as adopted by the Florlda
Department of Transportatlon under Rule 14-115.010, Florida
Admlnistrative Code.
3. Legally record a Unity at Title for the proJect slte and
furnish proof at such actlon.
4. Deplct all requlred parklng lot interior areas on the plan
by shading or cross-hatching.
5. Show the number and marklng of handlcap spaces deslgned to
meet governmental standards.
6. Deplct all pavement marklngs, slgnage and traffic control
deVlces on the slte plan.
7. Denote dlmenslons/measurements for alsles, parklng stalls,
entrances and llke features for the parklng/ vehlcle
maneuvering areas.
8. Show all required perlmeter landscape buffers and buffer
dlmenslons on the slte plan.
9. Change the depth of the landscape buffer on the North and
East of the slte to reflect the residentlal nature at the
contlguous property.
10.Remove two parking spaces to make room for requlred
landscape buftering.
11.Llmlt the slte plan to be certlfled to one sheet lf at all
posslble.
12.Calculate the F.A.R. of the part of the project zoned IL.
