platted property to comply With the full plattmg process where the conwtIons of the lDStant case warranL
The Development ReView COmmIttee has reViewed the request (refer to attached copies of memos), With
approvals from all departments except PublIc Works The Public Works Department feels the parcel should be
requrred to comply With the full plattIng process due to necessary road lDlprovements and other Cltcumstances
wluch mwcate further diVlSlon of the parcel. (note. The City'S Land Development Code req urres compl1ance WIth
It'S SubdIVISion Regulatlons when a portIones) of a property IS sold). Tlus applIcant preViously apphed for
approval of a four lot subdiVISIOn for tlus property wfuch was granted authonzatIon on January 21, 1988 by the
City ComnusSlQn but wd not proceed any further \Vlth that plat
